- We offer free shipping on all orders across India.
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and dispatched via our trusted delivery partners.
- Standard delivery timelines vary between 5-10 business days, depending on your location.
- Remote or difficult-to-reach areas may experience slight delays.
2. Order Processing & Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS to monitor the shipment.
- We take utmost care to ensure timely deliveries, but external factors such as weather, logistics disruptions, or government regulations may impact the estimated timeline.
3. Address & Delivery Restrictions
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at the time of order placement.
- We are not liable for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional re-shipping charges may apply.
4. Non-Delivery & Return to Origin (RTO)
- In case of failed delivery attempts, our courier partner will make up to 2 re-attempts before returning the order to us.
- If a package is marked as ‘Return to Origin’ (RTO) due to non-availability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges for re-delivery.
5. Exceptions & Limitations
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders if we detect misuse of our free shipping policy, including bulk orders that appear to be fraudulent or exploitative.
- Certain locations may be excluded from our free shipping offer due to logistics constraints.
