Return & Exchange Policy

At Art of Colours, we strive to ensure the best quality and experience for our customers. Please review our return and exchange guidelines below.

Returns

We follow a strict No Return Policy. Returns will only be accepted in cases where the product received is defective or damaged.

To initiate a return request, customers must provide a clear unboxing video showing the defect or damage. The video must be recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened, without any cuts or edits.

Please note: Requests submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be considered.

Product Condition

Any product approved for return or exchange must be:

• Unused and unwashed

• In original condition

• With all tags and labels intact

Products with removed or damaged tags will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Exchange

We offer exchange only for size or colour, subject to product availability.

A ₹150 courier charge must be paid in advance to process the exchange.

Request Timeline

All return or exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Important Note

Minor colour variations due to lighting, photography, or screen display settings are natural and will not be considered as defects.
